Who am I
Matt Hay is a high school educator, who enjoys a productive training session with a focus on creating solutions. He has worked in education for over 20 years as a teacher, soccer coach and mentor in the public schools of Chicago and Hartford, CT.
Matt has worked on school-wide improvement plans and PBIS programs that strive to clarify student expectations and school culture, improve tardiness and attendance rates, and incorporates the physical space of your institution's student common areas. He is IIRP-certified and trained in Trauma-Responsive approaches and Juvenile Justice Reform. Matt is dedicated to applying circles and relationships to strengthen a classroom and school building.
